Free · 10-Call Leak Snapshot

Find out where your phone team is leaking booked revenue — in 72 hours.

Upload 10 calls. We show you the leaks, the math, and the upside: the top three ways your reps are losing appointments right now, with the exact transcript moments and a conservative number for what it's costing you each month.

  • Medspas & aesthetic clinics spending $20k+/mo on ads, booking by phone
  • Multi-location gyms & fitness running phone setters and closers
  • High-ticket education & coaching closing on the phone

How it works

Ten calls in. Three leaks out.

No software install, no team announcement, no workflow change. One upload and one 30-minute call — that's the entire footprint.

1

Upload 10–20 recent calls

Connect your dialer or call recording system, or just upload 10–20 booking and sales calls from the last 14–30 days. Then answer five questions: monthly ad spend, lead volume, average revenue per new client, and phone team size.

2

We build your Leak Snapshot

Your calls run through the same engine we use on full engagements, with a light calibration to your offer. We flag the top three leaks — missed next steps, weak objection handling, script breaks — and build your funnel math from the sample.

3

30-minute debrief

You get a 2–3 page PDF and a working session: what's leaking, what it's worth at your lead volume, and what would need to change to fix it across every call — whether you ever spend a dollar with us or not.

Inside your Snapshot

What you'll see — from your own calls

Not a generic checklist. Every finding comes from a specific moment in a specific call your team actually made.

Your top 3 leaks

The three failure patterns costing you the most booked appointments in this sample — missed next steps, weak objection handling, script breaks — each with the redacted transcript snippet that proves it.

Your funnel math

Per 100 leads: how many book, how many show, how many buy — built from this sample and your intake numbers, so you can see exactly which stage is bleeding.

Money left on the table

A conservative monthly estimate of what these leaks cost at your current lead volume — plus the concrete plan for what would have to change to fix them on every call, not just these ten.

Leak Snapshot — sample extract · illustrative data
Leak 1 Calls end without a locked next step — "I'll call you back Thursday" with no booked time Call 07 · 06:41
Leak 2 Price objection answered with hesitation instead of value evidence — lead controls the close Call 03 · 04:18
Leak 3 Script break: discovery skipped whenever the lead opens with a cost question Call 12 · 01:22

Honest scope note: 10–20 calls is a directional sample, not a full audit. It's enough to show you the biggest leaks and size the problem — the full baseline comes from 60–90 days of calls.

Why it matters

Every leaked call was a lead you already paid for

Weak call handling doesn't show up as a line item. It shows up as wasted ad spend, lower booking and show rates, and growth that's slower than your lead flow says it should be. The math is bigger than most operators expect.

At 1,000 leads a month

Say your team books 40%, 70% show, 30% close, at $900 per new client — that's $75,600 a month. Lift booking by just 10% (40% → 44%) and the same leads produce +$7,560 a month, about $90,000 a year — with zero extra ad spend.

At $20k a month in ad spend

600 leads at ~$33 each. If call handling books 50% when 55% is reachable, that's 30 appointments a month you paid for and never got. At 70% show, 50% close, $900 per sale, that's $9,450 a month — over $110,000 a year — walking out through the phones.

Both examples are illustrative. Your Snapshot runs this math on your actual sample and your actual intake numbers — that's the point.

What happens after

The Snapshot stands alone. Fixing it is optional.

If the Snapshot shows a real leak and you want it fixed, here's the path. If not, keep the PDF and the plan — no obligation, and we'll tell you if the numbers don't justify going further.

Fit check

Who this is for — and who it isn't

The Snapshot only works when there's enough call volume for a 10-call sample to mean something. We'd rather tell you now than waste your 30 minutes.

This is for you if

  • You run 3+ phone reps — setters, closers, or front desk booking by phone
  • You spend $20k+/month on ads that turn into phone conversations
  • Your calls are already recorded — or your dialer can be connected in minutes
  • You own the number — founder, CEO, COO, or head of growth/revenue

This is not for

  • Solo operators taking their own calls
  • Teams with no call recordings and no way to start recording
  • Low-volume operations — under a few hundred leads a month, sampling ten calls won't tell the truth

Questions

Asked before every Snapshot

Is this really free?

Yes — no credit card, no invoice, no obligation. A 10–20 call sample is cheap for us to run, and some Snapshots turn into paid Calibration Sprints, which is why the front door is free. The PDF and the debrief are yours either way.

What does the Snapshot actually look like?

A short, scrollable report (and PDF): your funnel math per 100 leads, a rep-by-rep comparison, script checkpoint scores with transcript moments, and the money math three ways. Browse a complete sample built on illustrative data →

How many calls should we upload?

Ten is the minimum; 15–20 is better. Booking and sales calls from the last 14–30 days, spread across your reps — real conversations with real leads, not voicemails or wrong numbers. The more reps represented, the truer the picture.

Will you try to sell us software on the debrief?

The 30 minutes is spent on your leaks, your math, and your fix plan. If the numbers say working together makes sense, we'll say so in the last two minutes and point you at the Sprint — and if they don't justify it, we'll say that instead. We take a limited number of Sprints per month, so pushing unqualified deals is bad business for us too.

Is our call data secure?

Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the team building your Snapshot, and every transcript snippet in the PDF is redacted — no lead names or phone numbers. Your calls are never used to train models shared across clients, and we delete the sample on request after the debrief.

What if we want to go straight to the full Sprint?

Skip the sample and apply for the Calibration Sprint directly — serious operators often do. You lose nothing: the Sprint's first days include everything the Snapshot covers, at full depth, across 60–90 days of calls instead of ten.
